This distance is calculated from our office to the location where the mobile notary will perform notarial acts.
Each mile traveled by a mobile notary beyond 5 miles incurs additional charges for notarial acts performed by the notary public.
Any mobile notary service that begins prior to 8am, after 5pm, or on weekends/holidays will include notarial acts performed by a notary public.
Any service, including those provided by a mobile notary, regardless of travel conditions, will assume this fee for notarial acts performed by a notary public.
Any act requested as a same-day mobile notary service (within 8 hours) for various notarial acts.
If a client is more than 5 minutes late after an agreed upon timeline, this fee will apply.
All rates for notarial acts performed by a mobile notary are subject to mutual agreement by all parties involved, including the notary public.
